In Flames -- Ft. Lauderdale, FL -- February 2nd, 2013

Just found this set online from the first night of the tour. It's nice to see they're no longer ignoring some of their older songs! Can't wait to see them tomorrow!

Sounds of a Playground Fading
Where the Dead Ships Dwell
Pinball Map
Reroute to Remain
Embody the Invisible
Cloud Connected
The Hive
Ropes
Alias
Fear Is the Weakness
Colony

The Mirror's Truth
System
Deliver Us
Take This Life
My Sweet Shadow

Pinball Map doesn't get played as often as it used to, but the only real difference I see here is Colony. It's an awesome addition, but it's about the only one.

I think Embody the Invisible and Reroute to Remain are fairly new. I know Colony got played a bit on the last tour or two, but it's still nice to see a few older songs. Now if only they'd break out Episode 666...

Still nothing that they haven't played in the past few years. I was hoping the setlist would be worth seeing since they're playing a tiny club in New Haven but looks like I'll pass again on seeing them.

What am I missing?
I am not trying to sound KVLT here, but where are these old songs people are talking about?

This band had the potential to become the true leaders of the modern metal movement.

It's a shame they became influenced by the bands they influenced in the first place.

Ok, I will leave as I can see there are fans of modern IN FLAMES (which is perfectly fine!), who won't agree with what I said above. LOL.

Really not bad. I saw them on the Lamb of God tour and they were the best I'd seen them since the Reroute days.

Pretty good setlist, hopefully they keep Embody the Invisible in their sets from now on.
