Yeah, i'm guessing they're more in the 250k range for each show. 25k wouldn't even pay all the members of the band and there would nothing left over to pay the road crew.

I'm pretty sure somewhere out on youtube there's a CKY crank call where they try to book Metallica for a private show and they said it would be 1-1.5 million, and that was about 10 years ago.
And I'm not sure how accurate it was but Sharon said that SOAD required close to a million each night of Ozzfest for a 75 minute set.

I know that Death Angel asks for 35-40k per show. That pays for road crew, merch dude, sound dude etc, stage production, tour manager, transportation etc. By the end of the day I'd imagine each member of the band taking home about a thousand each per show.

I forget where I saw this, but basically the crew for a professional touring band often has a more stable income than the band themselves.

That makes sense. A good road crew makes the band.

I bet a lot of the money is guaranteed too, so I wonder if a show gets cancelled how much Megadeth still gets?

I would think that each band member gets anywhere between 3-5k a night. Sound guys usually aren't expensive at all (and sometimes is paid by the promoter).

Yeah, in terms of a bands fee, everyone outside of the band is paid first. So transport, merch, sound guy, road crew, all paid first, then whatever is left is what the band get paid. It just so happens that the road crew are getting a set wage, the band on the other hand, get paid depending on the size of the show.
