Best And Worst Of 2012

I think we need a general thread to talk about what we think the best and worst movie releases of this year were.

I nominate "The Devil Inside" as one of the worst movies of the year.

I haven't seen The Devil Inside, but I nominate Haywire on the basis of the main chick's acting ruins the entire movie and makes it near unwatchable. Otherwise on just shitty movies I nominate Contraband, Casa De Mi Padre, Wrath of the Titans and Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance (it was leaps and bounds above the first one though).

Paranormal Activity 4 was the worst film of the year for me. Cabin In The Woods was the best, with Seven Psychopaths being a tight second.

New Ghost Rider was way worse than the first one.

Contraband was good I thought while Wrath Of The Titans was average.

Casa De Mi Prada was fucking terrible though.

I'm not going to say what was the best yet because This is 40 and Django Unchained aren't out yet, but for the worst it's easily Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance followed by John Carter, Haywire, and Taken 2.

The first one is still within the worst 5-10 movies I've ever seen.

The first Ghost Rider was meh to me (I'd probably like it less now, I haven't seen since I was 15), but the second one was just flat-out awful.

Chronicle was easily my biggest surprise, Didn't expect it to be nearly as good as it was. Here Comes the Boom and Red Tails were also pleasant surprises.
