Twisted Sister -- Patchogue, NY -- December 16th, 2012

This was a benefit concert for the victims of Hurricane Sandy. My original intent was make the 5 hour drive down, see the show & drive back in the same night. Alas, having no job at the moment, I couldn't spring for the 100 bucks in gas it would've ended up costing. However, I was able to enjoy the show, because the band had UStream record the concert & broadcast it online for free.

From what I understand, Adrenaline Mob & Andrew WK opened the show. Don't have setlists currently for either of them.

TS were their usual, awesome selves in December mode: A mix of Christmas and original tunes. And a really cool moment toward the end of the show.

1. What You Don't Know (Sure Can Hurt You)
2. The Kids Are Back
3. Stay Hungry
4. White Christmas
5. You Can't Stop Rock N Roll
6. I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus
7. We're Not Gonna Take It
8. The Price
9. Under The Blade
10. I'll Be Home For Christmas
11. Burn In Hell
12. Drum Solo
13. Silver Bells (w/ bass solo)
14. I Wanna Rock

15. Heroes Are Hard To Find (Second time ever played live, dedicated to the families of the Newtown, Connecticut tragedy)

16. Heavy Metal Christmas

All in all, a cool show for a great cause. Wish I could've made it down there.

If they did a full tour with those openers that would be amazing.
