i dont know about in the actual album, but tobias alluded to multiple papas in an interview a few months ago, saying something along the lines of "the smoke would go up very soon" (i.e. smoke at the vatican signaling a new pope)

regarding the setlist, half was I and half was II. there is no video of the transition between satan prayer and genesis, and the one genesis video at the moment is missing a chunk of the beginning, but comments indicate he simply left the stage and the decoy came out while he changed.

I should say I'm not offended by the outfits at all and I get whats going on. I am a huge Ghost supporter and bands like it such as Blood Ceremony, The Devil's Blood and Ancient VVisdom (among the many other bands in this style).
