Alright I went to the Camden show yesterday. I'll go band by band as my day went on:
THE HAUNTED: Was 9:20, but for some reason they went on at 9:05, which means I fucking missed them! BURY YOUR DEAD: Arrived as they played their last song. I didn't really want to see them anyways. WICKED WISDOM: Got in a few boos and "fuck yous" and then went to meet THE HAUNTED. I told them how I missed their set, so their guitarist gave me his guitar pick! GIZMACHI: This band really sucked big time!! I walked around and bought my Rob Zombie t-shirt and Arch Enemy CD to get signed during their set. SOILWORK: They sounded much better than last time I saw them. I was in the Pit for their entire 20 minute set (some note of sarcasm...20 minutes isn't enough for good bands!) Stabbing the Drama Follow the Follow Nerve As We Speak Blind Eye Halo IT DIES TODAY: Met up with my buddy Jun and walked around for a bit. ARCH ENEMY: An annoucement is made that said "Arch Enemy won't be here, Trivium is next". I was fucking pissed! The main band on 2nd stage I wanted to see and meet and now they don't fucking show up! TRIVIUM: I watched their set from afar as I met Soilwork. At the end of their set I went in the air conditioner building to get some food and a drink. Rain Ascendancy A Gunshot to the Head of Trepidation Like Light to the Flies Pull Harder on the Strings of Your Martyr BLACK DAHLIA MURDER: Still in the building. I hate BDM. A DOSEN FURIES: Walked around. MASTODON: Sat down and watched for a bit, then walked around. Iron Tusk March of the Fire Ants Where Strides The Behemoth Mother Puncher Aqua Dementia Megalodon Blood and Thunder AS I LAY DYING: Took pictures of my brother meeting Zakk Wylde. KILLSWITCH ENGAGE Met In Flames and went to wait in line to meet Tony Iommi. A Bid Farewell Take This Oath Fixation On The Darkness The End Of Heartache Numbered Days My Last Serenade Rose Of Sharyn ROB ZOMBIE: Waited in line to meet Tony Iommi. I could still see / hear Zombie though. He did a good set indeed. Superbeast Super Charger Heaven Demonoid Phenomenon More Human Than Human Living Dead Girl Demon Speeding Dead Girl Superstar Dragula Rocky Mountain Way / Thunderkiss '65 / Sweet Home Alabama IN FLAMES: Still in line for Iommi, then went to get water (which was piss warm...yes, they sold us PISS WARM WATER ON THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR!!!) BLACK LABEL SOCIETY: Made my blanket on the lawn and sat and enjoyed Zakk and co. Stoned And Drunk Destruction Overdrive 13 Years Of Grief Suicide Messiah Fire It Up! Stillborn SHADOWS FALL: Kinda payed attention, mostly talked with my brother. Thoughts Without Words Enlightened by the Cold Stepping Outside the Circle Inspiration on Demand Destroyer of Senses What Drives the Weak MUDVAYNE: Took a nap on the lawn and did some booing. IRON MAIDEN: Well I made my way closer to the front of the lawn so I could see them better. They kicked major ass! Dickinson has so much energy! He ran around that stage the entire set!! The Ides of March (recorded intro) Wrathchild The Trooper Revelations Phantom of the Opera Run to the Hills The Number of the Beast Hallowed be Thy Name Iron Maiden ---------------------Encore Running Free Sanctuary BLACK SABBATH: Well Ozzy showed up this year. He looked pretty good, he doesn't move much but oh well. I only stayed until "Faries Wear Boots", by then I was too tired and sore to stay longer. I could hear them play their other songs though as I walked to the car. N.I.B. After Forever War Pigs Dirty Women Fairies Wear Boots (the rest I'm not sure if it's the same as the other dates cuz I didn't stay for the end.)

Boy am I glad I stayed the hell away from this. I don't think I could sit through close to 20 shitty bands just to see two short sets from Maiden and Sabbath.

 Ok I still wonder though how you could fall asleep at a metal gig though, I imagine it'd be pretty tough  Especially just be Iron Maiden tke the stage, holy crap I couldn't even sleep the night before my 2 shows I saw them
