Napalm Death -- Hollywood, CA -- November 14th, 2012
Awesome show, all the bands I saw were great. Attitude Adjustemen were fun to see as always, even though the crowd was pretty much dead for them. Exhumed were sick as usual, Napalm Death destroyed and Municipal Waste were a ton of fun. During Born to Party some idiot kid climbed the PA stack on the side and dived off. No one caught him and dude landed right on the hardwood floor. Municipal Waste fucked him up.
Exhumed 1. All Guts, No Glory 2. Decrepit Crescendo 3. As Hammer to Anvil 4. Slaughtercult 5. Torso 6. Limb from Limb 7. Distorted and Twisted to Form 8. Necromaniac 9. The Matter of Splatter 10. Drop Dead (Siege cover) I went to interview Matt Harvey after Exhumed's set, so I missed the Dwarves. I did see that Nick Oliveri was playing bass for them though. I got back just in time for Napalm Death. I'm pretty sure we got the full set, but a song may have been switched out because Scott from Cryptic Slaughter came out to do a Cryptic Slaughter cover with Napalm Death. They played for just under an hour. Municipal Waste were a lot of fun, lot's of circle pit action for the full hour or so they were onstage. 1. Headbanger Face Rip 2. Mind Eraser 3. Terror Shark 4. Yup, I asked Barney about that in our interview. Napalm will be back in less than three years, that much is certain.
