Metal Masters 4 -- New York, NY -- September 7th, 2012
What an amazing show!! F'n killer!!

It started off w/ a 5ish song set by Philm, Dave Lombardo's new side project.

Then there were 15ish min. clinics by Frank Bello, Billy Sheehan, and Scott Ian. After that there was a drum dual w/ Charlie Benante and Dave Lombardo which was SIIIIICK!

Also played early, possibly between clinics was Frank and Phil singing Hot for Teacher w/ Charlie on drums and Billy playing all guitar parts on the bass. THAT was insane.

The set speaks for itself. SO amazing to hear Pantera songs live again. My body is aching today.

That's a pretty awesome set. Would've loved to have been there, but it sold out pretty quick so I went to the Kreator/Accept show instead.

I was also at the Metal Masters 2 clinic last year so I saw the first one with Phil coming out and doing some Pantera (albeit only 2 songs).

Aside from a pisspoor choice of an Anthrax song that looks pretty good!

Holy shit they pulled out 2 S.O.D. songs? That's more awesome than Phil singing Pantera songs IMO.

Maybe not single best but it's in the top 3. I'd like to hear it live. Now that I think of it, they could probably pull that song off pretty well with Joey on vocals.
