Wouldn't be surprised if MH and ATR rotated the two middle slots.

No way. ATR has actually had radio success. There's no way BDM plays after them, unless it's rotating.

I still have yet to see Dethklok, but I REALLY want to! Machine Head would be amazing, I saw them at the first Mayhem Fest not knowing what to really expect from them live, and I was blown away.

As for the other two.... meh.
