Just had a doctors visit. The chest pains this week have been so painful, so I had to go. EKG, Chest X-Ray, etc etc, everything was good. Just very strained chest muscles. Doc said keep taking it easy, keep popping the ibuprofen, and it'll get better when it gets better.

Hey, people with PS3s, how does the PSN work? Is it kinda like Xbox for purchasing games? Like, when you buy a game, does it just download to your console and you can play it whenever? I'm actually considering buying one now because a lot of old PS1 games I loved are available on that.

I would assume so. I have a PSP, which also uses the PSN, and I've grabbed a few of the old games via that (mostly RE1-3). Just downloads to my memory card.

Correct. You can even delete it later if you need more hard drive space and since it's tied to your account you can re-download it again anytime.

I just hooked up the Boss HM-2 pedal I bought myself for Christmas, and threw in my old, partially broken DOD Death Metal pedal for some extra crust. All knobs to ten.

Goddamn, I miss playing in a band.

More crust and feedback and a little more beef. Good for rhythm but total shit for leads, which is fine because I'm a rhythm player anyway. The only problem was no diversity in the feedback. Just a constant wail. But I was getting some interesting shit when I played around with the tone knobs on my guitar.

I actually had the volume on my amplifier to zero because my baby was having his nap and it was still loud. I can only imagine if I turned it up.

Anyone in Toronto want to start up a Nails/Entombed/Rotten Sound/Southern Lord tribute-cover-rip-off band?

I'm in, but I play guitar too. I can play bass but you'd have to supply the bass... and amp.
