I wouldn't have minded going for Fozzy, POD and Godsmack, but eh.

Godsmack should be headlining this tour. As much as I like Shinedown, Godsmack is better, and that's a fact... I remember when Shinedown used to open for Godsmack; not the other way around...

Either way, I'd love to see either of them perform, along with Staind. Aaron Lewis of Staind and Sully Erna of Godsmack are probably two of my top ten favorite frontmen. They are such diverse vocalists and their songs can range from soft and melodic ("So Far Away" and "Voodoo", respectively) to totally kick ass and powerful such as "Eyes Wide Open" and "I Stand Alone" (again, respectively).

As for Papa Roach... yeah, unfortunately they epitomize the term "sell out." They haven't put out anything worth listening to since Infest in 2000. All their material post-2000 is nothing but mainstream, radio-rock garbage. Actually, it's more pop-ish than anything. It still pisses me off to this day how terrible Papa Roach has become. They had so much potential. Infest was one of the very first rock CDs I ever bought as a little kid. Haha, I had to have my older cousin buy it for me because of the "Parental Advisory" sticker on the cover. Man, that album kicked ass. The whole thing was just a pure adrenaline rush. Now all of Papa Roach's songs are lame as fuck.

And as far as the other bands in the fetival, I don't really care for them. But let me know how Shinedown, Godsmack and Staind are. I've never seen them before, and I love to know how they are live. Have fun!

I'll be sure to let you know how they are. I have never been a huge staind fan and it's kind of odd that if this is there set they are not playing its been a while. I will try my hardest to write my first review Thursday morning or when I get back from the show. If you guys want to follow me on twitter I'll give updates through out the show. As well as some pictures of merch and the bands. I'm a huge WWE fan so seeing y2j on stage and gonna meet him is going to be amazing.

So Far Away is missing from the set as well.
