Some other interesting notes about the gig I failed to mention originally:

-Testament were the only operning band to use a backdrop during their set for some reason, they had the Souls Of Black album cover up and it looked sick

-This was the first show I've been to when the headlining was slapping high five's with the fans and personally thanking them for the show; Glenn was running up and down the stage at the end high fiving people and stuff while KK and Rob were being mobbed by fans on the railing, it was just marvellous to see

I just realized I made an error in Testament's set....it was "Legacy" not "Alone In The Dark" which they played and that my dad and I really enjoyed. The first time I heard it was on the radio and I couldn't make out the name of the tune, and at the show Chuck introduced it as "Legacy" so I supposed he meant a song from the album "The Legacy". I just was on Amazon and listening to sound clips when it dawned on me I had the wrong song.

Sorry

I didn't notice them doing it I remember them kinda walking off the stage, of course applauding everyone and the token "thank you, you're great" etc. stuff, but at Priest you saw Glenn and KK running up and down the sides and slapping fives, hugging people, it was soooooooooo cool

When I saw Dio he did. He also stayed after and met with any fans that waited. More bands should follow his lead

from what i gather from other reviews of priest rob barely moves at all, but at this concert he was twirling and high fiving the crowd so i guess we saw him on a good night. he didnt move at all during electric eye though

my dad doesnt like metal but he agreed with us that it was a really good show, and he recognized a lot of songs too

as for the best song i would say painkiller. its one of my favorite priest songs and they pulled it off so well. but victim of changes was also really good, a lot better than i expected it to be. the bass player, ian hill right? messed up the intro to revolution, i think. it was too slow and wasnt slurred so it sounded really off.

all in all an excellent concert, im going to look forward to seeing priest again
