I have been in love with the debut album by Cloud Rat and really want to see them, but I think I might go with OFF! I saw OFF! one time, but didn't know any of their music at the time and missed half their set due to not knowing they were playing. I have a lot more friends going to OFF! as well. Both of the shows are near the same location, so that can't be a factor in the decision making.

Sweet. Aerosmith, Joe Bonamassa, Thunder and Walking Papers confirmed for Calling Festival in London.

Between that, Sweden Rock, FortaRock, and one-off shows in London, I think I'm going to be able to see every significant band on the European festival circuit this year except Triptykon, Metallica, AIC, Soundgarden, BLS, and Satyricon...

Barring clashes on schedules, my Spring/Summer looks set to include:

Iron Maiden
Aerosmith
Black Sabbath
Rob Zombie
Alice Cooper
Slayer
Alter Bridge
Megadeth
Joe Bonamassa
W.A.S.P.
Ted Nugent
Billy Idol
Arch Enemy
Dark Angel
Extreme
Spirit Caravan
Monster Magnet
Sodom
Thunder
Crowbar
Tesla
Paul Di'Anno & Blaze Bayley
Talisman
Carcass
Anthrax
Foghat
Kenny Wayne Shepherd
Wednesday 13
Onslaught
Annihilator
Gojira
Therion
Artillery
Scott Stapp
Graveyard
Avatarium
Walking Papers
Blues Pills
Sixty Watt Shaman
Hatriot
Death SS
Red Dragon Cartel
Snakecharmer
Vandenberg's MoonKings
Blood Ceremony
Maiden United

Yeah... I'm happy.

The question now is, do I add on another trip to Sweden for the Vasby Rock Festival in order to see Candlemass and Jorn...

Primitive Man tonight. It's in Lawrence, the same night as KU's last home basketball game, so hopefully it won't be too crazy getting into town and finding a parking spot :O
