ECW was still very good during the first 7 or 8 months of 1999 since Taz was champ. Once he lost the belt and he and the Dudley's left for WWF and Shane Douglas went to WCW the company went downhill pretty quick. Heyman couldn't recover from losing those guys in such a short period of time. Mike Awesome, Masato Tanaka, Justin Credible and Steve Corino were all good talents but just couldn't cut it as world champions. Seriously, who was paying money to see those guys? I know Heyman wasn't left with much after losing talent to the big two but come on.

I believe that if RVD didn't break his ankle and miss the significant time he did, he would've been world champ and that may have helped ECW stay alive for a little bit longer. He was the TV champ and he was main eventing and closing the shows. Everyone paid to see RVD and him as ECW champ back in 2000 would've helped out the company a lot.

Saw this last night

101 Reasons not to be a pro wrestler. It's 2 parts. I've seen 40 mins of part 1 and I love it.

Wrestlers I've seen on it:
DDP
Vampiro
Mark Jindrak (who might be the most straight up normal dude I've seen on here)
New Jack
Major Gunns (who claimed her segments in WCW were getting higher ratings than Goldberg, dillusional)
Rikishi
Chyna
Konann (first time I've seen him talk and not want to break my tv)

Probably a few more. Just forgot. Doesn't really make sense when you read title but it's a lot of good shoot stuff that I think a lot would enjoy.

I hated Justin Credible as champ. There was just nothing about him that seemed like someone who could carry the company. I hated the circumstances when Dreamer was world champ (I know he hated winning it too) and hated Credible won it 5 mins after Tommy won it.

I didn't like when Credible beat Dreamer like that either. I know Dreamer wanted his character to a person who never won the title but he really did deserve a world title run more than anybody back in the old ECW. It's too bad he never changed his mind about that because Dreamer should've been the guy back in 2000 since RVD was out injured.

OMG! THANK YOU! If you haven't watched Forever Hardcore watch this!

Just finished Part one of 101 Reasons Not To....

It was good. Chyna actually made sense. New Jack is awesome. Vampiro is fucking weird. Though the title for the doc makes no sense.
