I love the Shield... but I'd rather they break them up and have a triple threat match.... or Wyatt's vs Shield III....

Oh yeah... I watched Main Event last night... what a mistake... that Diva's tag match was horrendous. Alicia Fox needs to go to NXT or something... she is so terrible in the ring.

Must have been an off night or something, she's actually one of the better ones.

Alicia Fox actually does wrestle down in NXT an OK amount. She was fuckin terrible when she first started but i've noticed recently that she's turned out to be pretty solid in the ring. That's what sucks about getting a push before you're ready like she did with the divas title a few years ago. If the light finally goes on for the performer after their big push has died, rarely do they get that chance again once they've figured everything out. Especially if we're talking about the female performers.

I'm watching WWE Network, some random ECW thing is on. Shane Douglas vs The Sandman and Paul E. Dangerously & Sherri Martel, Terry Funk, Sabu, Road Warrior Hawk, etc. etc. This stuff is fucking hilarious because the production is so bush league and the acting well, lol. But you can tell they are really trying and god bless them!

ECW never gave two shits about production, that's why they will forever be amazing (among other things)

Well that's a good thing but this was even better because it wasn't the ECW of later years. This was the Eastern Championship Wrestling phase, that makes it way more troo and kvlt.

ECW was at its best in 1996-1998. Once it got the TV deal it was still good but bordered on being a parody of itself.

I always thought that '95-96 was their peak years in terms of quality. I can still watch all other years and liked them but those years can't be topped IMO.

Yeah, probably even as early as 1995. The first few years were a little rough but once Tommy Dreamer lost the suspenders and Taz started wearing shoes it was gold.

I still like every bit of it though.
