I imagine they'll use local support, plenty of good NYC-area bands capable of opening for HOF (and cheaper and more compatible than the Mayhem bands). I wouldn't be surprised to see NAAM or Natur involved, but that's not based on any facts or rumors

id imagine there will be a few more dates in between the end of mayhem (8/5) and heavy to (8/11). maybe some after too?

Nice, I'm still hoping for a warmup show since I've missed the last couple times they've played after seeing them every chance I could get about 8 times.

Note that the 7/11 off-date confirms that they (along with Whitechapel) are NOT playing the Houston Mayhem date. I'm not sure what the deal with that show is, presumably some issue with the venue, but apparently it's a doors at 6, main stage and rotating main stage bands only show

I don't think I would go that far to see them but I have a friend who lives down there, if we happened to make a trip I definitely would.
