the funniest thing about the downgrade is that its the second time in a row 5FDP had to do that for a mass date. last november their tour with ATR & hatebreed was originally supposed to be at tsongas arena (7800 cap) and they moved it to the palladium (2000).

They've done well in Philly, we don't have small level arenas anymore but they packed a club with around 4,000 capacity(I think) and this tour is hitting their big outdoor stage by the river that houses arena level bands like Shinedown, Incubus, 311, etc

Its hard for these bands to compete against Mayhem/Uproar with other tours in a horrible economy. They should have had this tour starting at the end of May. Alot less competition that way.

That's because that weak stuff doesn't fly up here in New England.

Now that they moved to the HoB Boston, they can feel free to drop FFDP from the bill and let KsE headline, they could probably almost sell that place out on a Friday up here. The rest of the lineup is definitely more of a KsE-type bill, except for the oddballs.

I wonder who came up with this bill, it's almost as weird as that cancelled Shockwave tour.
