Is it weird that I see that lineup and think "well that makes sense"

I like ZZ Top and all, but not enough to sit through Radio Rock Band #27 and Female Country Singer #34. (Seriously though ZZ fuckin' Top shouldn't tour with such generic mediocrity.)

it makes sense when you consider the audience


older acts like ZZ Top basically have 3 options for support acts that will sell:
1)more old bands
2)"VH1" rock bands(any modern rock that attracts 30-somethings)
3)country acts that attract those same 30-somethings



throw in REO Speedwagon and they've covered all the bases

I love ZZ Top & 3 Doors Down, and I'm so damn pissed they aren't hitting NY. They have 2 days off between CT & PA, hoping they add something in the state.

Totally hitting this up. I never cared to see ZZ Top or 3 Doors Down on their own tours, but together it should be worth it. Considering it'll be in Orlando and then Clearwater the day after (all three perform as apart of a post-Ray's game concert), I'll have options.
