Albums you should listen to at least once.
I was inspired by kalfitegrdan to do this. Don't expect 4 paragraph in depth reasons why you should listen to an album. Don't ask questions. Just do it. Not sure how many I'll do. probably around 25-30. Maybe more, maybe less. so yeah.

Agoraphobic Nosebleed- Bestial Machinery (2005)
![]() A 2 disc compilation spanning all of the bands material that was written and or recorded before the 1999 "Honky Reduction" release. The first disc contains all of Agoraphobic Nosebleed's EP, split EP and album releases, while the second contains the band's first demo and all of their compilation tracks, plus thirteen previously unreleased songs. I bought this on Itunes back in '08 and it started my love for Grindcore. This compilation of pure and grindy goodness is truly the beast that started it all. Favorite tracks: Gravework Hessian Bodyfarm Hooker Bomb So Many Car Phones, So Few Bullets And then one of my favorite covers of all time Forgotten In Space (Voivod cover)

Haven't heard that album, but I love Agoraphobic Nosebleed. I'll have to check that out.
Glad my list did something.

Watain- Lawless Darkness (2010)
![]() I consider Watain to be the one of the prime examples of what black metal should be. This is the ONLY black metal album that I keep listening to over and over again. From the tortured vocals to the (as some would say) melodic and hate-filled guitar work it is the perfect black metal album, the production value is, again, perfection for black metal. It's raw but not so raw as to deter people away from it. Favorite Tracks: Reaping Death Death's Cold Dark Waters Of Ain

Evans Blue- evans|blue (2010)
![]() Since I first heard the song "Erase My Scars" this band has been my favorite mainstream band, and even then they aren't all that well known. Which is a damn shame. Dan Chandler's voice fits so damn perfectly with the instrumental work. I can listen to this album 6 times in one day and not get tired of it. Some of you may be thinking "oh great, a stupid rock band". no, this bands musicianship is what every mainstream rock band should take after. Bands like My Darkest Days, Theory of a Dead Man, etc.. could learn a lot from Evans Blue and this album. Favorite Tracks: Future In The End Who We Are Show Me A Step Back

The last Watain album was incredible, their best by far. Also, I agree with Agoraphobic Nosebleed

Bloodbath- The Fathomless Mastery (2008)
![]() One of the few Death Metal albums that I consider perfect. Armed with the expected modernized Stockholm buzz and rumble as well as Mikael Åkerfeldt’s absolutely perfect growl, The Fathomless Mastery highlights the bands perfect mix of classic, malevolent moodiness of (early) Entombed/Grave and Dismember inspired death metal flocked with just enough Floridian technicality and time changes to make it more than a pure homage. All members of Bloodbath perform with a passion and precision that only veterans of the scene and lovers of the genre could do, managing to make the Stockholm sound come across with a new found intensity and tightness while still culling all the genre’s best traits. The Fathomless Mastery is a masterpiece. Plain and simple. Favorite Tracks: Drink From The Cup Of Heresy Process Of Disillumination Hades Rising Mock The Cross
