I've seen Abysmal Dawn twice and they didn't exactly blow me away, but they were still pretty damn good.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.

And the reason I don't like Abysmal Dawn is because of his vocals.

OK - here is the FIRST of the guitarist/vocalists we've chosen for DEATH TO ALL: Charles Elliott from Abysmal Dawn. Not only is he our friend, but on a personal level he's a dedicated fan of Chuck...and that is what we were after - all of us. I hope everyone will; support this project, for the sake of the charity.
Eric Schuldiner from the official Death page. So seems like they wanted someone who was a fan of the legacy of Death rather than a famous old school name. Anyway he is just the first of a few more to be announced, I'd think.

Just checked out this band real quick to see what he sounds like. By the sound of his higher vocals I think he can do a pretty good job singing Death tunes.

I bet they'll get Stephen Kummerer to do some vocals (along with guitar) since he worships Death.

Also would partially support his comment for Obscura coming back to the US soon.

Exactly my number 1 guess/hope for this as well. Would honestly be surprised if he's not chosen.
