The Some Kind Of Monster DVD has footage of this, so I would imagine Metallica have the full thing somewhere, possible we'll see it released in a package someday.

Always though this was sort of cool, specially with James' speech in the movie, pretty touching sentiment behind considering where he was at the time.

Would be real nice if this show came as a bonus on a future DVD. A 10 song set isn't enough for a standalone release IMO.
