It's only similar in the aspect that in this movie, these people are such wastes of life they should be killed. On a grander scale I really don't see the similarities, not once while I was watching it did I think of 'Saw' I thought of the movie 'Super' a little bit.

The Saw thing started because Nick made a joke that the plot made it sound like Saw.

For what it's worth, the first Saw was fucking incredible.


The sequels were all pretty bad, but part 2 was by far the worst.
