My friend said it wasn't as good as MDF, but still a good show

Ghost

A better showing that I expected. I think the album was pretty good, but the sound of the album is pretty flat. They pulled the songs off very well and the two guitar players really played well off each other. Very solid and tight as a band. Songs really had more of a push live. I don't see this band ever being a stadium act. Very little if any movement from any of the guys in the band. Depending how the second album comes together and if people don't get tired of the outfits and the gimmicks they use, this band could move into a smaller to midsize theatre.

A quick side note. Hung around the front of the stage while the guys tore down the equipment. Asked if there were any pics left? The roadie came off the stage and handed out a pic from each member of the band. Thought that was pretty cool and unexpected.

I would love to see Blood Ceremony do a headlining tour. I love the Ghost LP and would fucking kill to see them live mostly for their killer merch. Shit's cool as hell.

I missed this show because of a four hour night long night class, and of course I was pissed. But to be honest, I was more excited for Blood Ceremony than Ghost. God, what a fucking band.

Blood Ceremony won me over before the end of the first song. and especially being able to hang out with them after the show.

I got them lined up for my show next week.
