Soilwork's got a new album out in March as well. Though they're already embarking on a 2 month headlining tour that hits a lot of major markets from March-May. Would that affect their chances of doing a Package tour where they aren't the headliner?

Probably not. Most of the contracts make bands of headliner status not play certain cities for 3 months before or after the show.

I still think Behemoth would end up headlining Summer Slaughter if they come to North america this year. I could see Machine Head being on Mayhem again as they don't appear to be touring Europe this summer.
