Unfortunately, the time where all the greats start getting ill/injured and dieing isn't that far away. They're all getting older.

I mean, take Tony. He's 63 years old. Plenty of people in their 60s get a bunch of illnesses and injuries just living everyday lives, let alone touring the world in a heavy metal band. It's to be expected. That's more with reference to his nerve damage in his hand, and things like Geezer's hip problem etc. Cancer is indiscriminatory.

It's true but it doesn't stop it from sucking.

Totally. Of all the older musicians, Tony and Ronnie are argubaly the two most important guys in metal. This totally sucks.

Strange thing is, you'd think that guys like Ozzy, David Bowie, Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Lemmy & Glenn Hughes would go first.

I mean, they lived rock the hard way and were able to come through, more or less.

Well, Glenn has been very healthy for the long time. He's practically a tree-hugging hippie. His Facebook updates actually get pretty annoying!

Haha, I'm more bothered by Toto. Anyway, sometimes you'll learn something interesting, like the fact that BC Communion is here to stay.

That fucking sucks. I really hope he makes a speedy recovery, I don't want to lose Tony too.
