Also really disappointed in Vektor being #1. Meh. Really sick of thrash. Would have liked to see Anaal/Cormorant/Wolves in the Throne Room come out and take the crown for awesome, unique metal releases this year.

I'm surprised Mastodon didn't take first, but Outer Isolation is way better so I'm okay with this.

Overall, good list. 5 of my Top 10 in this. Not as good as last year, but I listened to a lot more music, so that was to be expected.
