Ugh Strange Matter is usually 18+..I'll be 2 weeks away from 18 on this day..Anyone have experience with this kind of stuff? Also that show is one day before D.R.I. so idk...

How far away is the venue for you? If its not a drive you would be too upset about not getting into the show over, then go for it. This is what you do. You go up to the door guy and when he asks for your id on you, just say you don't have it or something and he will most likely just tell you that you can't drink. You need to be a man about it when you do it or he won't let you in. It might be a good idea to talk to people outside the show to see how strict the door guy is with ids before you do it.

If it's Alcest, I don't think it will be a problem. My friend was 15 and emailed the venue about an 18+ Boris show and they said he could go.

Yeah usually 18 plus is rarely a problem to get underagers in. It's 21+ where it becomes a problem because of the alcohol.

Yea I had won tickets to a 18+ show maybe 5 months before I turned 18 but I called ahead and said I'd be with my dad so it wasn't a problem.
