Seriously?! I'm officially convinced that Maynard wants nothing to do with Tool anymore...He's running out of side projects to tour with.

a tool tour would be nearly the exact same set list they have been touring for 4 years. a new album would be nothing new for them. puscifer live is great and i would much rather see him spend his time with them.

I've seen Tool, APC, and Puscifer all once in the past 3 years. And he definitely puts so much more effort into a Puscifer show. Great comedy show, great stage props and visuals, and he never stops moving around the stage to do something ridiculous. He doesn't even half ass any songs, his voice is perfect for everything and the more industrial songs are remixed to suit a singing voice.
Besides I don't see how anyone doesn't like this project. The first couple of EPs are fun as hell. Every song on the first record has something about it that makes it unique. The C EP and 2nd record are what Tool/APC fans seem to be liking because they're more atmospheric and somewhat like APC, but I still can't agree with those that don't like the first couple of releases. |
