15. Arch Enemy - Khaos Legions

I didn't like Arch Enemy much when I first heard them, I didn't like Angela's voice, but I have opened up to more screaming since then so I like them more. This band is always great musically. Really good album.

That Wolf cover is the second most old school - as - fuck cover I've seen after the new Havok record.

I didn't like the new Devildriver very much. Almost forgot about the Destruction album, that was a good one.

Destruction and Arch Enemy might make my list. Wolf definitely won't. Massively sub-par effort by their standards.

Absolutely. It's my #1 song of 2011 honestly.

Omnivium on the other hand...

I thought the new Megadeth was basically terrible. Better than Risk, but yeah...such a lazy fucking turn from Dave.

Haven't heard the whole thing, but what I have heard sounded far more coherent than 'Endgame'. Mind you, mental patients have scrawled more coherent things than 'Endgame' on their cell walls...

If it's coherent, it's a total accident, since so many of the songs were written at wildly different times and recycled for an album release. Either Endgame or The System Has Failed is my favorite post-Youthanasia Megadeth record.
