I've heard about 20 releases already, so I thought I would do my first top ten of the year.

1. Alcest - Les Voyages De L'Ame
2. Woods of Ypres - Woods V
3. Verdun - The Cosmic Escape of Admiral Masuka
4. Horrendous - The Chills
5. Abigail Williams - Becoming
6. Black Pyramid - II
7. Stone Magnum - Stone Magnum
8. Apocalipsis - Apocalipsis
9. Hesper Payne - The Strange Tale of Samuel Gonzales
10. Moonknight - Ligeia

Could only find Horrendous and Stone Magnum so far. So I'll start with those two.

Checking out this new album "Essence of Fear" by a band called Nowen. Pretty solid melo-death.
