I became a fan of Alcest a year after Souvenirs came out. This is how I have it ranked right now.

Voyages
Souvenirs
Ecailles
Le Secret

Ecailles, is only 3rd because of the album does fall in My opinion, but the first 3/4'ths is pure perfection.

It's kinda hard to say at this point since I only got a chance to listen to it once (Just got it tonight)

But I really love the direction they are going with 5, but 4 was pretty damn badass as well.

Gotta give it to 5 right now....but I gotta give it more spins to really give it a real opinion, not just the sentimental value of it I have right now.

Gotta post this here because it is just as relevant. Ken Sorceron is the man!

Agreed. Voyages is good, but I get a little bored listening to it honestly, while I love Ecailles.

Been getting a kick out of this. Black metal covers of pop songs including Billie Jean, Separate Ways, Disco Inferno, We Didn't Start The Fire and more. Fun stuff.

Then there is this which is a compilation album of one of my favorite labels Enemies List Home Recordings. Some post- fans might appreciate it,

Sur l'Océan Couleur de Fer is one of the most beautiful songs ever recorded.

Definitely, I have a lot of love for that album.

I'm excited for the new one but I'm still behind on last year's albums I haven't gotten around to it yet.
