DEP isn't that bad, try listening to The Chariot. To add to the pointless noise, their singers also screams noise into a megaphone into the microphone.

I hate to tell the Vektor haters out there, but Outer Isolation fucking rocks balls.

EDIT: If you don't like it (or claim not to so you can be a hater and therefore think that you appear cool), then you can just turn in your thrash-liking card right fucking now.

DEP and other such bands in the mathcore or deathcore or whatever crap core you want to label them are just utter noise. The screaming just drives me nuts and the music has no structure to it. Its like people who can't play instruments go in their basement and abuse them. If you like it, you like it. I don't get the appeal of it though.

I'm 100% with you, but I like one or two of DEP's songs. Does anyone actually know the difference between Math-metal and Mathcore?
