I think Brad is merely dwelling on an issue of semantics. Typically, a "playlist" is something you'll be able to listen to in one sitting. Obviously you cannot listen to all of this in one setting. That's all he's saying.

The thing with Spotify right now is that they don't have Metal Blade and Century Media, which is a huge chunk of metal out there. So any metal playlist I see there I take with a grain of salt.

What it's the best for, in my opinion, is hardcore. Most every hardcore band I look for is on there.
