Encore:
Get All You Deserve

I flew from Cleveland for this show and it was worth every penny. Earlier in the day, Steven did an in store performance with Theo and Adam from his band. They played Postcard and Deform to Form a Star, both acoustic. There were about 150 people there. After the performance he did a signing and meet and greet. Steven is my favorite musician of all time, so the opportunity to meet him was very exciting to say the least. He signed my deluxe version of his album and we chatted for a couple of minutes. Very funny and down to earth guy.

On to the show: It was supposed to start at 8 and didn't get going until 9:35, which was the only issue I had. To say it was epic would be an understatement. The whole band was mind blowing. Steven was all over the place. He looked like a conductor of sorts up there. The visuals were awesome and complimented the power and emotion of his songs.

During the encore of Get All You Deserve, Steven came out with the gas mask from the Insurgentes album cover. Nice touch and great way to end the night.

Harmony Korine is one of my favorite videos ever made. Did he use similar visuals from the video or mix it up?

That's so cool, I'm glad you had a good time at the show. I'm envious. I went to a Porcupine Tree show two years ago, and my life has never been the same since. Steven Wilson is a genius. The album cover of Insurgents is probably my favorite album cover out there.
