Looks like you had a great time!
Was planning to go last minute, but something came up.

Would have loved to hear Clansman!

So pissed I didn't get to see this in Virginia. My only consolation is that that set has waaay too much Wolfsbane stuff and not enough Blaze solo stuff. The Maiden picks are great though.
2/15 - Mayhem
4/19 - Testament
4/26 - Alice Cooper
5/21 - Iron Maiden - Birmingham
5/24 - Iron Maiden - Cardiff
5/27-28 - Iron Maiden - London

Fair enough. Truth be told the only live performance of Dimeo's I've heard is Riot's "Shine On" live album, and even though I love him, I don't think he sounds that great on that - and that was a good 12 years ago, so I would buy that his live performances aren't the greatest these days.

Live version of Virus is good but the original, slower version resonates with me more. Has more feeling. And I missed the choir effect, but I can understand that not being replicated live.

Awwwweeeeeeesoooooome show. Blaze is the messiah for sure.

Also lards I misremembered what you looked like so I do remember seeing you and thinking "i don't think that's him" This was partly due to me feeling pretty shitty from the cold my sister gave me the day before (worst trip home ever haha), my head was a little unfocused to say the least . Blaze was worth it though.

I was at this show too and had such a good time. Blaze is hands down one of the nicest, most humble, positive and appreciative singers I have ever seen. He was very inspiring throughout the night and really made me leave all my stresses and worries at the door and just enjoy the heck out of this night. I truly loved hearing "Blood and Belief" as its one of my favorite metal songs. Could not have asked for better Maiden picks either. I really hope he makes it back to these shores again.
