Stephen Pearcy -- Reading, PA -- October 27th, 2011

Stephen Pearcy brought his "solo" show to the Reverb in Reading, Pa. last night. I put solo in quotes because despite it being advertised as a solo show he did nothing but Ratt tunes, except for a Judas Priest cover. I know I am in the minority but I would have preferred to hear some of his solo songs or even maybe a song or two from Arcade. It's weird because he has a few new tunes out and a solo album due later this year. Oh well, it was still a great show. I sang myself hoarse. Good times. And he said a new Ratt album is due next year.

It definitely was a fun show. Stephen looked like he was having a blast. And his band is really tight. The guitarist (Erik Ferentinos) was spot on. He nailed all the solos perfectly. I was just hoping to here something out of the ordinary. But great time nonetheless.
