What a great live song. I've seen them play this live twice and the crowd went insane. When Jasta screams PICK IT UP at the end when the double time comes in, its brutal.

Great song and I always lose my mind at the end too.

#44. Killswitch Engage- My Last Serenade

Jesse Leach is one of my favorite singers of all time. My Last Serenade showcases his screaming voice and clean voice perfectly. If you don't have Alive or Just Breathing, get it. An essential piece to a metal collection.

#43. God Forbid- Empire of the Gun

This band should be bigger in my opinion. They have put out several very solid albums. I'm looking forward to their new cd coming out next year.

#42. Fear Factory- Digimortal

Fear Factory is one of my favorite bands. Some people dismiss the album Digimortal and say it's not good, but I disagree. It keeps that unique industrial sound that Fear Factory uses. Digimortal showcases some great riffs by Dino, amazing drumming by Herrera, and great vocals by Burton (one of my favorite singers). A perfect Fear Factory chorus- the melodic creepy clean vocals that accent the futuristic music style perfectly. Burton's screams from 2:02-2:10 are sinister.

#41. All That Remains- It Dwells Me In

If you haven't heard The Fall of Ideals by All That Remains, listen to it now. One of the essential metal albums of the 2000's in my opinion. This song captures the TRUE All That Remains sound perfectly, not their new radio friendly sound. The song kicks off with a bang and has a great chorus. Heavy chugging riffs throughout. Listen to 1:55-2:15 if you haven't heard this song.

$40. Black Label Society- Demise of Sanity

Black Label Society is a great straight in your face metal band. This song is simplistic but is a great formulaic metal song. It has a simple structure but a kick ass verse riff, sick chorus, and a typical amazing Zakk solo. When I saw them live in Chicago with All That Remains a few months ago they played this song, and it produced several pits.

Invisible Wounds on that cd is one of my favorite FF songs and I prefer their heavier stuff usually. Digimortal is def Top 3 off that cd for me too.
