Are you taking a shot at electronic music as a whole? I hate dubstep, but you should watch videos of Daft Punk or Paul Oakenfold at work. They're constantly at work changing samples, turntabling, improvising, etc.

Deadmau5 is still one of the best live artists I've seen. He does an amazing job of imrovising, blending his songs into each other, reprising each other enough to where his show feels like one long, epic song. That being said, I feel like trance is more complex and deeper than dubstep, so I can see how Skrillex just hits a button and goes off (even though he was cool live, too ).

My cousin might drop like $250.00 for sold out tickets for Deadmau5 at Aragon later this month and he'll take me! And seeing Big Chocolate as Warped is by far some of the most fun I've had at any show and he's dubstep.

But as much as I'd like go see Asking Alexandria again and finally see a full set from We Came As Romans I don't even want to see Hollywood Undead and never got into DRUGS since the lead singer left Chiodos.

There's such a thing as 'too varied'. For example, I love eating lobster but I would never want to eat shit.
