I only own Leviathan, Blood Mountain and Crack The Skye, so I can't comment on Remission, and I haven't actually listened to Leviathan yet. The other two I've listened to twice each

After listening to this album about 5 times now, Curl of the Burl is by FAR the best song.

The album is pretty good for what it is imo. Catchy, quick, and simple metal songs. Just sucks because Mastodon albums before always had this huge depth to them. Had you still soaking in stuff after numerous replays. I just hope they got it out of their system and that The Hunters follow up will at least be more like Crack the Skye if not Blood Mountain.
