That's awesome. Talk about right place, right time. And for the record, I'd shit a brick too.

Thanks Dude. I'm guessing there are some great CBGB's stories on the metalheads vs. punks good ole' days.

Weird thing is I went to a Ramones show about a year after that and it was way more normal. Granted it was an older crowd but they were what I considered Punk at that time. Songs like Beat on the Brat always made me want to punch shit so I was expecting the worst. Wrong again... hahaha

The only industrial song on here. Ministry almost made the cut. For the life of me I don't know why I never saw these guys live. Maybe they didn't play that many times or I was going to another show... Either way I regret it and this song was so heavy when it 1st came out and that opening riff just crushes me every time. With so many bands making comebacks it would be cool to see these guys put out another cd and tour again.

Crazy weekend coming up so last one for a few days. The 1st band on here I give props to this site for turning me on to. After hearing a few people talking passionately about these guys on here I decided to check them out. Right up my alley. I prefer the older stuff but these guys are great and a true throwback to the music I love.

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head that pisses me off more than Hatebreed and Anthrax opening for Five Finger Hinder Vag is the 600 bone smokers who clicked "dislike" on this video. I try not to judge people but seriously who would pull up Toxic Holocaust, hear this song and click dislike? My educated guess would be these things might be connected somehow...

ROFL!!!!!! Oh that was too funny . He sounded like such an ass in that "interview." Then they lost to Pittsburgh the next week.

#30 is my favorite song off the Vio-lence classic Eternal Nightmare. I recently purchased my 3rd version of this classic when I saw they re-released it with a full concert 2nd cd. I was hoping the cd would be remastered but it sounds exactly the same to me.

Like I've mentioned before most of my friends couldn't get into Vio-lence because they hated the vocals but while Sean Killian was never one of my favorite vocalists I could tolerate him. Listening to this cd today I get why some people hated the vocals but they missed out on some great music to me. I love every song off their 1st 2 albums and the Torture Tactics EP.

#30 - Vio-lence - Kill On Command
