This special show was to celebrate my band's 7-Year Anniversary, and it was a fantastic night. Turnout wasn't great but we had the best draw of all the bands and the crowd was just really enthusiastic for our set - all in all just a gigantic blast. A Maiden tribute project I'm involved with was supposed to play on this bill, but had to back out - so as a consolation to the promoter/fans my band did a special mini-Maiden set featuring our original second guitarist on all 5 songs, and the Maiden tribute's singer on all of "Wrathchild" and "2 Minutes..." and parts of "The Trooper" and "Hallowed...". All in all just a kickass night of metal, couldn't have really asked for much more.
