Alestorm -- Toronto, Ontario -- September 4th, 2011

This was a last minute show for me. Showed up there just as The Agonist was finishing. Then Blackguard came on and were absolutely amazing. They sure know how to get the place moving.

Tephra
Firefight
Sarissas
Wastelands
Allegiance
The Sword

After that was the band I was here to see, Alestorm. These guys are awesome live and Christopher Bowes is hilarious on stage. I hope they come back on their own tour soon.

Back Through Time
Shipwrecked
Wenches & Mead
Nancy The Tavern Wench
The Sunk'n Norwegian
Wolves Of The Sea
Rum
Captain Morgan's Revenge
Keelhauled

Left after them, not really a Kamelot fan

wat.

I understand not being a Kamelot fan. But you don't even know how much of a disservice you did yourself. Their set last Wednesday was one of the best shows I've seen.

This was a great show. I got there just after 7 (but there was still quite a line). The Agonist were ok; certainly nothing I'd go see by themselves. Blackguard killed it (as usual), but Alestorm really blew me away. It was my first time seeing them and they just destroyed.

I think their only mistake was in the setlist. I would take out Wolves of the Sea and add either Over the Seas, The Quest, Black Sails at Midnight, or Scraping the Barrel. It would be cool to see them do a full headlining set.

Yeah, I don't even get it!
I def stayed for a few GODSMACK songs when they were headlining (Rob Zombie opened!?)... then left after deciding they need a new singer...
