Checking out The Kill. Fucking awesome. Australia has tons of great grind. If you like this, try out PLF (Pretty Little Flower)

9. Agoraphobic Nosebleed - Agorapocalypse

While all of ANb's discography is phenomenal, I believe that Agorapocalypse is their finest hour. While the song lengths are increased and they do slow it down at points, the drum machine-driven aggression is still there with the inclusion of Katherine Katz on some of the vocals. I feel she is the highlight of this album and her chaotic screams really bring the songs to life. This album is heavy as fuck when it wants to be and fast as fuck when it wants to be and should satisfy all fans of grindcore and extreme music in general.

8. Rotten Sound - Murderworks

Another album with that lovely buzzsaw distortion. Murderworks is a vicious release with razor sharp production, and is a modern grind classic. Throughout the course of the album, you are pulverized by sick guitar riffs and the fantastic drumming by Kai Hahto (who left the band to join Wintersun). If you are a fan of Napalm and/or Nasum, you will dig this album.

7. Noisear - Subvert The Dominant Paradigm

Noisear have always been a solid grind band, but their latest release Subvert The Dominant Paradigm is arguably the most forward-thinking grindcore release since Discordance Axis' The Inalienable Dreamless. The album features fantastic musicianship and a refreshingly interesting approach to the traditional grindcore sound. I love the usage of guitar volume swells (as heard in Global Warning) and the killer backing shrieks from their bassist. If I had to describe this album, it would be World Downfall-era Terrorizer experimenting with their sound to all hell just to see what they could create. A must-listen, no doubt.

Apparently there aren't any other tracks on youtube..........

Subvert The Dominant Paradigm is in my top 10 so far this year. One of the best grind releases I've ever heard!
