Korn - Take A Look in the Mirror

Okay, so this album was sort of a return to their original sound. They did it much better on the debut, but I really like this album, too. This was also my first Korn album so nostalgia may be a factor in it.

This album isn't as edgy as Korn but in many ways it sounds much darker. The guitar is much more crunchier-sounding - this really does resemble nu-metal. JD's vocals have gotten a lot more pedophiliac since the debut, and they do get on my nerves a bunch. He sings a LOT more on this album, too. But Nas comes and saves the day on "Play Me"

Seriously, I don't expect anyone to like this album, even those who liked Korn. Just sayin.'

SHUT UP SHUT UP I'LL FUCK YOU UP

Right Now (great riff) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYCXM5Xlw7o
Did My Time (another great riff) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9g-yx883U1U
Ya'll Want a Single (fucking love this song so goddamn much) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Exaw0oa24AY
Play Me (behold the great Nas) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iVbWw3RKg1w

TALITM is probably near the bottom in my list of favorite Korn albums, but there are a couple good songs (you pretty much listed them). I just wish Head left on a better note.

When I was into Korn I loved that album. I saw them on tour for it too.
