Thanks for the comments. I'm actually surprised, I thought JD would be the only one.

Edit: And I just realized that Winds of Plague and The Acacia Strain both played songs titled "The Impaler".

So I've been looking up videos of Warped Tour to see what I've been missing. I still can't believe that it's purely skater kids trying to slam the whole time in a pit as large and as open as a football field. During The Acacia Strain, all the kids up front just kind of stand still, and the 7 kids in the pit fail hard at trying to slam correctly. You guys all know this, but I still can't believe it every time I see it.

I guarantee that if you put them in a smaller indoor venue, every band here that just had some kiddies not taking it seriously would result in intense moshes and a crazy show.

Yea I went to that. Its by far the most I've ever seen security have to intervine at a show. I know theres always violence in the pit and thats fine and fun but The Acacia Strain just wasn't fun.

When your just standing there watching and someone punches you for no reason you stop having fun.

Fucking teenagers. A band as good as them shouldn't even be wasting their time with this teeny-bopper bullshit anymore.

I wouldn't mind seeing Paramore someday, but only if the set looks like that. Stuff like "Misery Business" and "Ignorance" are fucking great, but their slower songs bore the hell out of me.
