Yes but in Europe they're a huge draw. Here they play clubs.

They're only playing clubs in the UK too, interestingly. Well, the London date is probably more a theatre. The rest are clubs.
If they're that cheap to book in the US, I'm surprised they don't play more dates. Bands who go for peanuts usually get booked a lot.

Is there anywhere to look at the different figures that bands charge promoters? Or do you have to know/ask promoters who've negotiated with band(s) in question? Really interested in reading about this sort of stuff but I have no idea where to begin.

They were going to be playing in St. Paul until they jacked up their prices.

Well, I go way back to the first 3 or 4 albums which were good for the time. Anything after that they became caricatures of themselves. Further showing how out of touch they are by charging 75 bucks in this economy?!! Seems pretty sketchy.....real curious to what kind of crowd this draws.

As we're finding here it varies greatly from territory to territory too. I only know a few, but there are certain American bands who go for $1million per show in Europe. No joke.

Damn! That's crazy. I'd be curious to know figures on bands like Immortal who don't play very often, and bands like Amon Amarth and Opeth who tour fairly frequently but draw a significant crowd anyway.
