You should give Metazoa a listen: http://cormorant.bandcamp.com/

You're sooooooo out of the know, the song is called Junta. I remember this song, like many on the album, being quite fun.

I didn't know they were releasing Junta. Junta was the last song they played at the Giant Squid date. Arthur announced it and we couldn't figure out what he announced the song as. It was probably my favorite, for it had some killer bass lines.

What an awesome set of pre-order bundles. These guys really thought that one out well. I jammed on the $40 bundle myself (I have enough hoodies to keep me warm for an Arctic winter). Kudos to these guys for really having their shit together both as a band and as a forward-thinking business venture. THAT'S how you get folks to be interested in paying you for your artwork.

It's really cool seeing these guys get this much attention for this album. They deserve it.

From Cormorant's Facebook

Quote:
ATTENTION: Paypal have FROZEN OUR ACCOUNT because apparently we violated their pre-order policy since the Dwellings release date is more than 20 days away. If you're trying to order Dwellings, you will not be able to. If you'd like to contact Paypal to ask about it, their toll-free number is 1888-221-1161. Everyone who ordered the album will absolutely still receive the record even if we have to pay for it from our own pockets. Thank you for your understanding.
This fucking sucks. Paypal can go fuck themselves.

Another new one:

This one is a lot more of a straightforward rocker. Pretty accessible for those who haven't heard the best band making metal right now.

I haven't listened to Metazoa for a while, but it seems like this is somewhat of a departure from their old sound. It fucking rules
