Some videos I saw from when Dillinger was on Gigantour were outside, so probably amphitheaters or small arenas.

I see it playing at something like the Congress Theater or Aragon Ballroom where it holds around 5,000 people.

The first one in 2005 had Dream Theater co-headlining with Megadeth and I saw that in an amphitheater. All the other gigantours since then I think played the mid sized venues.

They did amphitheaters/arenas in '06, too.

They did arenas in '08, at least at my date. There were a lot of empty seats though.
