Figured this would be fitting to post here:

Last week, I had another kidney stone. It was my third one, and I'm pretty young. Obviously, something is wrong with my body and how it processes food, so I went in to meet with a urologist this morning. Turns out I have to radically change my diet and cut out food with high oxalate content or I could be expecting them regularly for the rest of my life.

Nuts, chocolate, chili peppers, fried potateos, spinach, fat milk, chocolate, cocoa, pretzels, whole wheat, peanut butter, rasberries, strawberries, beans, carrots, celeary, hot chocolate, most teas, and draft beer. Gone. Every time I partake of that, I risk getting a stone. Foods I need to eat in extreme moderation include grape juice, cranberry juice, yogurt, apples, coconut, oranges, pinapples, corn starch, tortillas, broccoli, corn, onions, tomatoes, mustard, bagels, white bread, pears, and more.

This is just... damn. Changing my life. I've lived on peanut butter from day 1, and some of my favorite fruits are ones I have to cut out. Kind of surreal this is happening.
