Just ate some authentic Colombian food today. We were the only English-speaking folk there, just how I like it

On that note, though, pork belly is the grossest fucking thing ever. Pork feet and intestines I'm fine with, though.

I had a bit of beef heart in the ole freezer, so I soaked it in Bud Light with jalapenos for a few hours and threw that shit on the grill. Drizzled bacon grease over it and then tossed it into a bowl with broccoli, spinach, tomato, banana peppers, and olive oil. Last meal before my 16 hour drive to Daytona Beach. 7 straight days of swimming, mackin' on chicks, and gettin' drunk. Yeehaw!
